Bring Amy Home

Amy Hillyard has been missing for several days. She was last seen on Wednesday, March 25, sometime after 2:00 pm in the vicinity of the 500 block of Radnor Road in Oakland, CA. Amy is 5’4”, approximately 120 pounds, with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was wearing a white short-sleeved shirt, light-colored jeans, and white sneakers with black stripes. She is considered at risk due to a medical condition. She has a community of friends who have created this website to help in the search to bring Amy home. We will continue to keep this page updated with important information, and we pray that someone somewhere has seen Amy and will contact the Oakland Police at the number below (scroll down).

Latest Update

April 6, 2026 6:00pm

As OPD continued to investigate over the weekend, their diligence produced hours of additional videotape to be reviewed. Investigators canvassed several blocks where cameras were present on homes, buildings, and businesses, and they extended the radius of that search today. It is especially important to obtain video from cameras before that video is automatically erased or overwritten. Also today, local media requested interviews in order to keep Amy’s story out in the public eye. We are especially grateful to Tejal Patel who made time to speak with reporters today, while still helping to organize the growing community of volunteers—now numbering about 400! The media in Sacramento is also covering the search as Amy went to UC Davis and has friends and family in the area.
